Privacy Policy

It's straightforward for us. We provide you a service and you pay us for it. We have no business in tracking you or your data.

We need the Email address for communication and your Name to contact you. We do not collect or "infer" any other information, nor we ask for it. We do not need it. It's that simple.

Your privacy is critically important to us. At XCalSync we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. Currently we only use the Name and Email. That's it.
  • We don't have access to any other personal information and we do not share it with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
  • You can reach us at [email protected], at any point to close your account and completely delete your data in our system.
  • If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal data please contact our support team at [email protected].

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, XCalSync collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. XCalSync's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how XCalSync's visitors use its website. From time to time, XCalSync may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

XCalSync also collects potentially personally-identifying information that is collected by Gooogle Analytics. The analytics feature XCalSync has implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the Doubleclick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customer Display Network ads using Ads Settings.

XCalSync will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with any non-personally indentifiable information. XCalSync also receives potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not store it. XCalSync only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

At any time, visitors may choose to opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to XCalSync's websites choose to interact with XCalSync in ways that require XCalSync to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that XCalSync gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at xcalsync.com with your Email and Full name. Those who engage in transactions with XCalSync – by purchasing a monthly subscription to xcalsync.com, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, XCalSync collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with XCalSync. XCalSync does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

XCalSync may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. XCalSync may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, XCalSync does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
